The model XC85 multicrystalline solar module from XC3 International has dimensions similar to the Kyocera 85 watt module and can be used as a direct substitution. This solar module comes with a 20 year manufacturer's limited warranty. We just got a new shipment of them in, but they're already going fast! Please order in multiples of two -- if we have to split a box there will be a $25 repacking fee.

The XC85s is XC3i’s high efficiency module. Thanks to its optimum size it is easy to handle and specifically dedicated to large scale off grid applications.

The XC85 module uses multicrystalline technology. Encapsulation beneath high transmission tempered glass is accomplished using an advanced, UV resistant thermal setting plastic. The encapsulant, ethylene vinyl acetate, cushions the solar cells within the laminate and protect the cells from etching. The rear surface of the module is completely sealed from moisture and mechanical damage by a continuous high strength polymer sheet.

The XC85 is using a reinforced transparent anodised aluminium frame, designed to meet XC3i’s High Quality Standards for corrosion resistance. With a tolerance of +/-5%, the XC85 module ensures more power in mutimodule installations.
