Most items will ship by FedEx, UPS, or Priority Mail. Rush delivery is available on request; additional shipping charges apply.
Orders can be shipped COD upon request for a $20 charge. To arrange a COD order, contact us.

Store Policies: Return Policy All items are new with full manufacturers warranties, unless otherwise noted. Discount Solar guarantees all items to be as advertised, subject to typographic errors. Any item may be returned for a refund within 30 days from the date of delivery. We reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee on returned merchandise. However (with the exception of special orders), items returned for exchange or store credit are exempt from the restocking fee. Please contact us to obtain an RMA number - no refunds will be given without an RMA number. Shipping charges are not refundable. Items damaged in shipment will be replaced at no charge. Any backordered items may be canceled at any time before shipping for full credit. When returning any item, please include the packaging slip and the RMA number. Items must be returned in original packaging and in a re-sellable state, or additional replacement charges will apply. Warranty Policy Many of the products we carry come with a manufacturer's warranty. Please contact the manufacturer directly to obtain warranty service. We are willing to assist in providing warranty information and manufacturer's phone number. When an item does not come with a warranty, it is automatically covered by our limited 90-day warranty - please contact us to obtain an RMA number and we will repair or replace it if found defective. Privacy Policy Discount Solar is committed to protecting your privacy. We do not distribute, sell or rent any personally identifiable information about you to third parties. In order to answer a question or fulfill your requests, it may be necessary to ask for personal information such as your name, physical address, e-mail address and telephone number. We may use this information to respond to your requests, or to contact you via e-mail to inform you of new products, services or promotions we may offer. If you place an order for a product we may need to contact you for additional information needed to process your order. We will not provide this information to a third party, except as necessary to process your order.
