T6A05L 6.0 Amp 50V Schottky Diode
Schottky diodes have a very low voltage drop which makes them ideal for use in a solar electric system. These are often used as blocking diodes.

- This diode will work well with any solar panel rated up to 85 watts in a 12 volt array, or 165 watts in a 24 volt array
